Returns & Refunds

We want you to feel great in your La Vie Solaire set. If something isn’t quite right, you have the right to return your order in accordance with EU consumer law.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day you (or a third party designated by you) receive the goods.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by sending a clear statement (e.g. by email) to contact@laviesolaire.com.

You may use a standard withdrawal form, but this is not mandatory.

Return conditions

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unused
  • All original tags must be attached
  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Return process

After notifying us of your return, you have an additional 14 days to send the items back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 14 days.

Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

We will also reimburse the original standard shipping costs of your order (if applicable), in accordance with EU law. Additional costs resulting from choosing a premium delivery option are not reimbursed.

We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent them.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or item, please return your order and place a new one.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@laviesolaire.com, including photos if possible.

We will resolve the issue as quickly as possible at no additional cost to you.

Exceptions

For hygiene reasons, we may refuse returns on items that have been worn or used beyond what is necessary to assess fit and quality.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable consumer law.
