Orders are processed within 3–5 business days. During this time, your items are sourced, prepared, and quality-checked.

Once ready, your order is packed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Processing times may be slightly longer during peak periods, promotions, or pre-order launches.

Total estimated delivery time: 6–10 business days within Europe.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location, carrier, and customs procedures.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and displayed before completing your order.

Free shipping may apply to selected orders or promotions.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, import duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
