These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements made through our website.
By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
3. Products
We strive to present our products as accurately as possible. However, minor variations in color, texture, or appearance may occur due to screen settings or production differences.
All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue or modify products at any time.
4. Pricing
All prices are listed in EUR (€) and include VAT where applicable.
We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time, even after an order has been placed. In such cases, you will be informed and given the option to proceed or cancel your order.
5. Orders & Payment
An order is confirmed once payment has been successfully completed.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order in case of suspected fraud, unauthorized transactions, or other legitimate reasons.
6. Shipping & Delivery
Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.
The risk of loss or damage to the goods passes to you upon delivery.
Title to the goods remains with us until full payment has been received.
7. Returns & Right of Withdrawal
Returns and cancellations are handled in accordance with our Returns & Refunds Policy.
This includes your statutory right of withdrawal under EU consumer law.
8. Liability
We are liable for damages only in cases of intent or gross negligence, except where mandatory consumer protection laws provide otherwise.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
9. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to perform obligations due to events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or governmental actions.
